Posted July 3, 2008
After nearly a month off from Dirt Late Model competition

over the busy 4th of July holiday weekend!

weekend tonight, July 3 at the K-C Raceway in Chillicothe,
Ohio. The Independent Racing Series (IRS) will sanction a
$5,000 to win show tonight at Jim Nier's facility. The dirt-slinging
action will then turn to the Portsmouth Raceway Park in Portsmouth,
Ohio on Friday and Saturday, July 4-5. The Mid-Atlantic Championship
Series (MACS) will sanction a $5,000 to win event on the 4th
of July, while a $10,000 top prize is up for grabs in the

ENGLAND COMPETES
IN $100,000 TO WIN 'DREAM 100' |
Posted June 9, 2008
Michael England and his #5e team invaded the famed
Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio from June 6-7 for the 14th
Annual 'Dream 100.' The Dirt Late Model mega-event at the
"Big E" once again boasted a $100,000 top prize.
Michael timed in forty-third quickest of the 122 entrants
during qualifying on Friday night, June 6. When the action
resumed at the 1/2-mile, high-banked oval on Saturday, Michael
ran fifth in his competitive heat race and nineteenth in the
B-Main. Unfortunately, his 'Dream 100' aspirations were over
following the B-Main and he was forced to watch the 100-lap
feature event from the stands. You can view complete results
from Eldora online at www.eldoraspeedway.com!

at the Florence Speedway in Union, Kentucky on Saturday night,
May 31. The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series sanctioned the
annual running of the 'Ralph Latham Memorial' last Saturday
at the Cincinnati area venue and a $10,000 top prize was up

seventh in his heat race and getting caught up in an early
wreck in his B-Main. You can view complete results from Florence

RACING COMPETES AT WEST PLAINS... |
Posted May 26, 2008
Michael England and his #5e team traveled to the
Show-Me State of Missouri on May 23-24 for the 16th Annual
'Show-Me 100.' The venerable West Plains Motor Speedway in
West Plains, Missouri played host to the annual mega-event
and a whopping $42,000 top prize was up for grabs. Michael
timed in sixteenth fastest of the nearly 80 entrants during
qualifying on Friday night, May 23 and later finished sixth
in his ultra-competitive heat race. The Glasgow, Kentucky
native then ran fourth in his B-Main on Saturday, which unfortunately
was two spots out of a coveted transfer position into the
100-lap main event. You can view complete results from the
disappointing weekend online at www.westplains-speedway.com.
